How long is the delivery time?

The delivery process consists of two phases:

1) Processing time:
Within 1 business day after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and carefully packed. Your parcel will then be prepared for shipment.

2) Shipping time:
Australia: 5–15 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days.

Please note: All delivery times exclude potential delays caused by customs or external factors. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Chinese New Year.

What are the shipping costs?

Halcyon Label offers free shipping across Australia.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
