Payment Processing

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received and verified.

If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed and you will be notified by email. You are welcome to retry your payment or contact our support team for assistance.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on halcyonlabel.com are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without prior notice.

Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are included and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@halcyonlabel.com.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at service@halcyonlabel.com before raising a dispute with your bank. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please be aware that chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in a temporary order hold while the matter is reviewed.

Fraud Prevention

Halcyon Label reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity. For high-value transactions or orders with unusual patterns, we may request additional verification such as billing information or shipping address confirmation. Orders flagged for review will not be processed until verification is complete.

Failed or Declined Payments
